Hitting the rugged beauty and demanding adventures requires a 4WD due to a creek crossing. Those seeking a true challenge, the 6.8 kilometre El Questro Gorge will test your skills and reward your determination with breath-taking scenery and an unforgettable experience.

Once you've conquered the creek, prepare for a challenging but rewarding hike. Expect to scramble over rocks, scale small waterfalls, and definitely get your feet wet. The trail winds its way through the heart of the gorge, offering glimpses of ancient rock formations and lush vegetation clinging to the red sandstone walls. Half way, a natural pool offers a welcome sight to cool down. This halfway point also serves as a marker – the difficulty level increases from here on out.

Reaching the finish line, you will be greeted by a magnificent waterfall crashing down into a secluded pool.
