Soar above the wonders of Shark Bay at Eagle Bluff, located about 20 kilometers south of Denham. The dramatic cliff face overlooking a seemingly empty expanse of turquoise water will soon leave you speechless. As your eyes adjust, the shallow waters below the bluff come alive with a dazzling display of marine life. Graceful rays glide effortlessly, schools of fish shimmer in the sunlight, and the occasional flash of a shark's fin hints at the vibrant ecosystem teeming beneath the surface. With a little patience, you might even be rewarded with a sighting of a majestic sea turtle or a gentle dugong cruising by.

Eagle Bluff caters to both the thrill-seeker and the casual observer. A sturdy boardwalk winds along the cliff edge, offering panoramic views and a safe vantage point for spotting marine life. For the truly adventurous, a steep descent (not for the faint of heart!) leads down to the water's edge, where snorkelling unlocks a whole new world of underwater exploration. Don’t say we didn’t warn you. With a little bit of simple planning, your adventure can easily go to the next level. Binoculars are your best friend at Eagle Bluff, allowing you to get a closer look at the marine life swimming in the shallows below. If you plan on snorkelling the waters below, bring your snorkel gear and wear water shoes for a safe and comfortable exploration.
