Beneath the waters of Coffs Harbour lies a treasure trove of marine bounty, and there are no finer places in town than the Coffs Harbour Fishermen's Co-op. Founded in the early 1950s by a group of local fishermen, the co-op ensures that the seafood you buy travels a mere 57 meters from boat to display. You’ll find a large variety including whiting, flathead, snapper, kingfish, swordfish, mahi-mahi, and marlin. Plus, there’s an abundance of prawns, lobsters, and crabs. Take it fresh and cook it your way, or opt for their takeaway selection with crispy chips and perfectly cooked fish.
