If you're seeking a back-to-basics camping experience, Acraman Campground is the place to be. Embrace the raw beauty of nature with no powered sites, showers, or shops. Wake up to the sounds of the wilderness, enjoy a refreshing morning swim in the nearby creek, and relax by a campfire under a starry sky. Be sure to bring all necessary supplies, including water, food, and sun protection, as the campground operates on an honesty system.
Acraman Campground features four (4) campsites, each equipped with a fire pit and BBQ plate. Facilities include a long-drop toilet and a water tank (though the water quality isn't guaranteed).
This first-come, first-served campground charges $25.80 per night per site, with a $20 cash deposit per vehicle for 2 people, plus an additional $20 per extra person. The road leading to the camp is a mix of sealed and compacted limestone gravel, and there are amenities for day visitors, including BBQ facilities, picnic areas, and some of the most stunning beaches in the region.
