Located 13 minutes, 11 kilometres out of Lorne in Victoria's Otway National Park, known for its many cascading waterfalls is a wonderland campground. This budget-friendly campground is a back to basics experience nestled amongst towering trees in open bush land. Wake up to the sounds of kookaburras and explore the surrounding tracks that weave through the lush forest, teeming with native wildlife. In the evenings, cozy up around a communal campfire (BYO firewood!).
The campground offers a selection of unpowered sites suitable for tents, caravans, and camper trailers. With basic amenities like pit toilets, it caters to campers who are comfortable with a back-to-basics approach. The biggest draw to this area is the affordability, easy access to town, and connection to the Otway Ranges.
Open between November to May and serving a first come first serve basis, make sure to bring everything you need for an enjoyable stay such as water, sun protection, food, and firewood.
